A career connecting space, systems and decisions

Nicolas Delforge

Founder & Independent Consultant

I help organisations make better real estate and development decisions by connecting the physical reality of places with the systems and data used to understand and manage them.

My career has taken me from architecture and real estate development to client-side project leadership, corporate real estate operations, IWMS, GIS and spatial data. I have led multidisciplinary teams and advised global organisations on complex portfolios and high-stakes projects across Europe and North America.

Having worked on both the physical and digital sides of real estate, I connect what a place is, how it performs and how it is represented in systems—then turn that complexity into clear, practical next steps.
